Scheduling Coordinator Job Description

  • Coordinate client and care provider schedules using internal software
  • Analyze care needs, provider skills, preferences, and availability to make the best possible match

The ideal candidate should be a collaborative team player who enjoys working in a supportive environment. They should be comfortable making outbound calls and coordinating in real-time.

We offer training on multiple software platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with care professionals and clients to confirm or adjust assignments
  • Participate in daily team meetings to address scheduling gaps and optimize processes
  • Use internal tools (e.g., scheduling systems, Teams) to track and communicate schedule changes
