Icon and Graphic Designer Position

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled icon designer to join our team. As an icon designer, you will be responsible for creating 100% original vector-based icons that meet our high standards. You will work closely with our team to design unique original icons for our logo maker and other template makers, as well as edit and enhance existing icons.

You will be required to have excellent visual taste and aesthetics, as well as good knowledge of color combinations to create stunning icons. You should also have experience using design software and technologies, including Adobe Illustrator.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable working in a remote environment. If you are passionate about graphic design and have a strong portfolio, we encourage you to apply.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, and/or strong work experience designing icons. They should also have excellent communication skills, be able to work methodically and meet deadlines, and be comfortable setting goals and achieving KPIs and targets.

We utilize AI tools to enhance our hiring efficiency and ensure a fair evaluation of all candidates. As a result, candidates who passed our initial evaluations should expect an AI Interviewer as a component of our recruitment process. This is supervised by Human Talent Acquisition Experts who will also engage with you throughout your application journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design 100% original vector-based icons that meet our high standards
  • Create unique original icons for our logo maker and other template makers
  • Edit and enhance existing icons
  • Work closely with our team to design and develop new icons
  • Meet agreed KPIs and targets

Requirements:

  • 3 years minimum experience working as an in-house graphic designer, agency or freelancer where you were engaged in icon or logo creation
  • Excellent visual taste and aesthetics
  • Good knowledge of color combinations to create stunning icons
  • Experience using design software and technologies, including Adobe Illustrator
  • Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, and/or strong work experience designing icons
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work methodically and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable setting goals and achieving KPIs and targets
