Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Artist to join our team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Process daily pending orders from clients.
  • Recreate high-quality vectors and mock-ups.
  • Ensure all rotated orders are completed per day.
  • Multitask to support various department strategies and initiatives.
  • Manage art queues, bins, emails, and tickets.

Art Development

Work closely with designers to create strategic designs that reflect the brand's personality.


  • Develop layouts, vectors, and artwork ready for print.
  • Provide visual representations of products to aid client understanding.
  • Offer design solutions based on client needs while meeting production standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and new design software.
  • Develop design briefs by gathering information through research.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Create cohesive designs for company websites.
  • Support department strategy development and initiatives.

Quality Assurance

Focus on maintaining error-free output and high-quality artworks.


  • Double-check customer requests and instructions to ensure requirements are met.
  • Achieve an annual error rate below 10%.
  • Use sound judgment in decision-making to achieve quality output and daily goals.

Collaboration and Training

Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues.


  • Communicate effectively to resolve Art-related issues and answer inquiries.
  • Recommend process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
  • Closely work with supervisors to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Education and Experience
  • Hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Design, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Possess one year of experience as a Graphic Artist or similar role.

Required Skills
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (CC version).
  • Familiar with Pantone Colors, Color Separation, and printing processes.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable about Windows 7 and font styles.

Essential Abilities
  • Multitasking and flexible scheduling.
  • Attention to detail and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent internet connection required for remote work setup.
