About the Role

The HR Operations Manager position at Offshore Business Processing is designed to provide exceptional support to our HR department. This role involves handling various administrative tasks related to onboarding, offboarding, payroll, employee relations, safety, and office management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the onboarding process, including orientation sessions and HR and payroll account enrollment.
  • Update employee records, file documents, and maintain both electronic and hard copies.
  • Monitor performance evaluations and assist in payroll processing.
  • Provide counseling, facilitate group discussions (FGDs), and conduct HR orientations as needed.
  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and issues.
  • Work closely with HRS and HRM to develop, implement, and enhance HR policies and procedures.
  • Supervise the front desk reception area, handle customer inquiries, and respond to phone calls.
  • Host visitors and ensure a professional atmosphere while coordinating mail and courier services.
  • Promote equipment maintenance and upgrade reliability through regular inspections and preventive measures.
  • Coordinate facilities management, work scheduling, and support functions.
  • Verify compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and other regulatory requirements.
  • Foster open communication among colleagues, clients, visitors, vendors, and executive teams.
