Job Overview

World Vision is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Professional to join our team. In this critical role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain, delivering timely and cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Sourcing
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to meet business requirements.
  • Manage RFx processes, including baselines & price survey methodologies.
  • Lead commercial and technical negotiations for assigned categories.
  • Prepare comprehensive Procurement Committee submission documents.
  • Ensure market assessments and supplier pre-qualifications meet organizational requirements.
Contract and Relationship Management
  • Process contracts through the ProVision Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.
  • Ensure contractual conditions and performance indicators are understood by suppliers.
  • Monitor and complete contract close-out, extension, or renewal as necessary.
  • Identify and resolve contract-related issues both internally and externally.
Procurement Execution
  • Receive incoming purchase requisitions, verify specifications, and update PRs with actual supplier records.
  • Manage PO change requests - coordinating with requesters, budget owners, and suppliers.
Process, Procedure, and Policy
  • Socialize and implement approved policies, processes, and guidelines.
  • Conduct regular reviews of procurement policies, processes, and guidelines to measure their effectiveness.
Leadership and Coaching
  • Provide leadership and expertise to field offices as necessary.
  • Ensure all supply chain staff members understand procurement policies, processes, and systems.
