**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Workplace Wellbeing Specialist to join our team at William Hill PLC.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing workplace wellbeing strategies to promote employee health and wellbeing.

This includes providing training and education on health and wellbeing best practices, conducting risk assessments, and developing policies and procedures to support employee wellbeing.

The role requires strong communication skills, as the successful candidate will work closely with Facilities and Admin Manager/Occupational Safety Chairman to direct and monitor compliance to local occupational health laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain OSH and PCOEM metrics and KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve safety and health on a higher level.
  • Maintain and monitor OSH and PCOEM projects and activities financially.
  • Work closely with the Facilities and Admin Manager/Occupational Safety Chairman to direct and monitor compliance to local occupational health laws.
  • Manage the roll-out of company-sponsored vaccination programs.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Certification in conducting and certifying OSH 8-hr Mandatory training.
  • HSW Lead/Manager requirements as prescribed in DOLE Department Order No. 198 Series of 2018.
