Job Summary:

This is a unique opportunity to join our organization as an IT Helpdesk Specialist with advanced scripting skills.

The role will involve providing exceptional customer support, troubleshooting technical issues, and developing automation scripts to streamline data transfer operations using AWS and cloud-based services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Liaison – Establish and maintain strong relationships with content partners through email and collaboration tools.
  • Tech Support – Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to file transfer and storage.
  • Scripting & Automation – Design and develop scalable automation scripts to download files from CSV lists of URLs and upload them to S3 storage systems.
  • File Management – Organize and manage files in accordance with company standards and procedures.
  • Salesforce Integration – Provide assistance with Salesforce-related integrations and workflows as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Advanced scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar) for automating file transfers and storage.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong written English communication skills for supporting partners through email and collaboration tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based services and AWS is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in technical support, customer service, or data operations is preferred.
  • Flexibility in working hours to accommodate partners across various time zones.
  • Reliable internet access and a stable work setup to handle large file transfers.
