Steam Power Plant Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Steam Power Plant Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the engineering group, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of mechanical systems and equipment in our geothermal power plant.

Job Overview
  • This is a critical role that requires strong technical skills and experience in supervising maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment functionality and compliance with safety regulations.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve maintenance goals and promote a culture of safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules using computer systems to reflect plant priorities and emergencies.
  • Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies to minimize downtime.
  • Supervise and manage maintenance activities to ensure equipment is running efficiently and safely.
Requirements
  • Must have at least two years of relevant professional experience in geothermal or similarly complex operational environments.
  • Strong technical competency with hands-on maintenance experience and proficiency with tools, equipment, and test instruments.
  • Familiarity with plant software and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
