Risewave Consulting Inc. is seeking a skilled Sales Specialist to join our team and drive sales growth in the construction and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
  • Strong understanding of the cement market and its applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
