Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify new sales opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize results.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Strong understanding of the cement market and its applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
