A critical role to ensure the delivery of high-quality software and systems by designing, implementing, and executing robust testing processes. The Quality Assurance Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address defects, improve product reliability, and enhance user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Review software requirements and create detailed test cases to ensure that they accurately reflect the needs of our customers.
  2. Perform manual testing and create and execute automated test scripts using .NET technologies to ensure that our software meets the required standards.
  3. Document test results and log defects in tracking system to facilitate continuous improvement and defect resolution.
  4. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, address quality concerns, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  5. Participate in daily stand-up meetings with the development team to stay informed about project progress and challenges.
  6. Update product specifications and documentation to ensure that they accurately reflect the current state of our products.
  7. Familiar with Agile/Scrum principles and methodologies to ensure that our software development process is efficient and effective.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field to ensure that candidates have a strong foundation in software development and testing.
  2. Experience with .NET and automated testing in .NET to ensure that candidates can design and implement robust testing processes.
  3. Knowledge of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and experience in Jira, Confluence, and Java to ensure that candidates are familiar with industry-standard tools and methodologies.
  4. Proficiency in version control principles, database testing, and system integration testing to ensure that candidates can design and implement comprehensive testing strategies.
  5. Nice to have: experience with Selenium, Cucumber, Bitbucket, Jenkins, IntelliJ IDEA, or Azure DevOps to ensure that candidates have exposure to leading-edge technologies and tools.
