This role involves working closely with an in-house marketing team to support a diverse portfolio of restaurant brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with each brand's identity and audience.
  • Collaborate with public relations firms to develop innovative marketing ideas and campaigns.
  • Conduct ongoing research to understand client preferences and market trends.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, including list management, segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Maintain and update reservation platform profiles across brands, monitor reservation data, and generate actionable reports.
  • Support CRM data management and segmentation, and assist with CRM implementation.
  • Monitor and maintain online reputation on Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, and other relevant platforms.
  • Respond to customer reviews and coordinate with local teams to uphold a positive brand image.
  • Compile detailed reports covering email marketing, reservation performance, social media metrics, and paid advertising results.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for campaign improvements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, be able to complete projects in a timely manner, and quickly adapt to changing circumstances.
