We are seeking a Digital Marketing and Brand Design Specialist to join our team.

Job Overview

This role combines digital marketing execution with brand design ownership, ensuring every communication piece is delivered on time, on brand, and driving results.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating high-quality content, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to elevate the company's brand and drive growth.
  • Design and create visual content, including social media posts, email campaigns, and presentation materials.
  • Manage and optimize HubSpot campaigns, workflows, forms, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with the video editor to produce engaging video content.
  • Write, format, and publish blog posts, case studies, and other content pieces.
  • Import leads from Salesforce three times per week and research ICP fit.
  • Maintain the brand asset library and ensure all visuals are high-quality and aligned.
  • Submit a monthly marketing performance report and recommend optimization ideas.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Digital marketing expertise, including experience with HubSpot, campaign setup, and analytics.
  • Strong design skills in Canva and Adobe/InDesign tools for both digital and print design.
  • Excellent content creation abilities, including writing, formatting, and publishing blog posts and case studies.
  • Lead operations knowledge, including lead scoring and preparation for sales.
  • Reporting mindset, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • A personality fit that includes being organized, proactive, and outcome-focused, with high standards for quality, accuracy, and brand alignment.
