Job Overview

This role involves performing intermediate tasks such as coding, investigation and last-tier production support. The ideal candidate can work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in the planning, development, testing, coordination, implementation and documentation of computer business applications or programs.
  • Provide status updates to senior team members on current tasks and responsibilities.
  • Document solutions to issues and knowledge transfers.
  • Perform production support tasks such as log checking, complex database queries, configuration checking and updates, builds and deploys artifacts.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of professional experience as a software developer.
  • Strong working experience as a Full Stack developer in various technologies, including workflow, Redux, React Native.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs for developing enterprise applications.
  • Experience in MicroService Architecture.
  • Experience in Unit Testing (JEST).
  • Familiarity with version control (GitHub).
  • Familiarity with databases.
  • Understanding of various SDLC methodologies particularly Agile.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Well-versed in troubleshooting, debugging and technical documentation.
  • Experience in working with geographically distributed teams.
  • Experience in DevOps practices would be beneficial.
