Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Manager to provide administrative and accounting support to our growing finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day accounting and administrative support to the Head of Finance, including financial record accuracy, journal entries, and weekly payroll preparation.
  • Assist with monthly management reports, analysis, and commentary to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Support offshore teams with supplier invoice processing, reconciliations, and fixed asset register maintenance.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of solid accounting experience, including multi-entity accounting and strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and across multiple entities.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Team management and leadership experience is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite is ideal.
  • Proficiency in payroll processing and awareness of current AI/automation trends in finance.
