About the Role:
TTEC is seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join its team in Cebu or Iloilo. As an Associate Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Sourcer), you will be responsible for building and executing targeted sourcing plans to identify and qualify prospective candidates for current and future positions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize Boolean search methodology and other data mining techniques to identify resumes and candidate profiles.
• Use job boards, social media platforms, and online resources to identify potential candidates.
• Engage active candidates through daily social media community management to convert direct messages and comments to apply or schedule interviews.
• Work closely with the Talent Sourcing Manager and recruiters to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth handoff of candidates.

What You Bring:
• At least two years of experience in Boolean sourcing to identify and attract top talent.
• Proven ability to engage candidates across multiple platforms, including social media and job portals.
• Strong background in sourcing for high-volume recruitment initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
