Job Summary
Prosper Virtual Assistants Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Iloilo City. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from resume screening to onboarding new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen resumes/CVs and job applications based on qualification set
- Conducts employment verification and monitoring requirements for hired applicants
- Conducts HR orientation and provides necessary new hires kits and documents during onboarding
- Encodes all necessary data of new hires accurately in HRIS or manpower tracker within a week from deployment date
- Updates HR reports specifically on recruitments
- Maintains a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Provides assistance and coordination for office maintenance and company equipment release and collection
- Facilitates local company events and outreach programs
- Attends legal proceedings if needed
- Serves as point of contact for HR-related concerns and queries
Requirements:
- Must be residing in Iloilo City
- Has a laptop with i5 processor and 8GB RAM
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace; HRIS system is a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic and flexible schedule
- Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
