Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive TikTok content strategy aligned with brand goals.
  • Grow and maintain the company's social media presence on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Produce high-quality, engaging daily/weekly TikTok videos that drive results, including views, likes, shares, and engagement rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends, sounds, and challenges, and leverage them to create viral content.
  • Collaborate with influencers or creators to expand reach and build brand awareness.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust content accordingly to maximize ROI.
  • Manage TikTok community engagement, responding to comments, DMs, and other user-generated content.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing TikTok and other social media platforms for a brand, influencer, or agency.
  • Strong video editing skills using in-app tools or third-party software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush).
  • Deep understanding of TikTok culture, humor, and trends.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
