Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for assisting in the execution of seasonal growth marketing campaigns across various digital channels.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, as well as excellent organizational skills. They will also be able to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign deliverables meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the execution of seasonal growth marketing campaigns across digital channels (e.g., paid social, paid search, display, email, organic social).
  • Prepare creative assets, links, and supporting documents for review, and assist with file organization and brief formatting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on campaign deliverables.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across all marketing materials and assets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related fields.
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience in Marketing channels such as paid social, PPC, and programmatic.
  • Proficient in MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Benefits
  • This is a contractual, home-based job requiring eight hours of full-time, five days a week.
  • Paid overtime may be required.
  • USD 5.40 hourly rate.
