Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems. Your primary duties will include supporting hardware and software, implementing technology at the operating system level across all servers, performing basic to intermediate troubleshooting (L2), and working with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Additionally, you should have expertise in x86 Server Operating Systems, proficiency in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), and experience with Microsoft Windows Server Administration. You should also possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

We offer an attractive compensation package, including a salary range of Php 25,000 - Php 40,000 and above, depending on your experience and qualifications.
