Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Agent to join our team. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships by introducing our product and facilitating the customer's online credit application using BUILD CREDIT.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through clear communication and effective product introduction.
  2. Update the accounting department on the results of the credit investigation process applied by the customer.
  3. Coordinate the selling price of the product with management to ensure accurate encoding in the online ordering system (BUILDMART).
  4. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, chats, or fieldwork to drive sales growth.
  5. Perform regular fieldwork to engage with existing and new customers.
  6. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction through group chat postings or personal calls to management.
  7. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  8. Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve sales targets.
  9. Achieve agreed-upon monthly sales targets (quota) through strategic planning and execution.
  10. Provide daily sales updates in group chat to keep the team informed.
