Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate meetings with the CEO, documenting minutes and key takeaways
  • Manage email correspondence and communication channels for the CEO
  • Monitor messaging platforms for daily tasks and communications
  • Create and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel skills
  • Assist with data analysis and process development using Excel and other tools
  • Perform personal assistant duties for the CEO, including travel arrangements and appointment scheduling

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills
  • Flexible and collaborative mindset
  • Excellent time management abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills, handling confidential information
  • Knowledge of business accounting is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
