Administrative Support Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our CEO. This dynamic role involves coordinating various processes, reporting tasks, and general administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings with the CEO, documenting minutes and key takeaways
- Manage email correspondence and communication channels for the CEO
- Monitor messaging platforms for daily tasks and communications
- Create and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel skills
- Assist with data analysis and process development using Excel and other tools
- Perform personal assistant duties for the CEO, including travel arrangements and appointment scheduling
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills
- Flexible and collaborative mindset
- Excellent time management abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills, handling confidential information
- Knowledge of business accounting is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
