Senior Graphic Designer Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced graphic designer to join our creative teams. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing high-performing ad creatives for D2C eCommerce brands.

You will collaborate with the Art Director and design team to concept, execute, and iterate ad designs. You will apply performance data to continuously improve your creative output and stay up-to-date with trends in design and digital marketing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on ad creatives and performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Figma.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating digital ad work and performance-driven design.
  • Excellent communication skills—you can confidently present ideas and interpret briefs.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and pride in delivering polished work.
  • Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).
