Strategic Financial Decision Maker

This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who can drive financial planning, analysis, and decision-making across multiple business units. Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive financial plans, analyzing financial data, and maintaining accurate accounting records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute financial planning and budgeting processes to support strategic business objectives
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to inform key business decisions and identify opportunities for growth
  • Partner with leadership to evaluate the financial impact of business initiatives and optimize resource allocation
Accounting Support
  • Ensure seamless month-end close process by reviewing and reconciling journal entries, accruals, and accounts payable
  • Optimize NetSuite structure and reporting hierarchies for improved efficiency and accuracy
Operational Finance
  • Support cash flow forecasting and treasury planning to ensure liquidity and minimize risk
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and headcount utilization to measure team performance
  • Prepare customized financial models to support pricing and strategic decisions
Requirements
  • 7+ years of finance/accounting experience with at least 2+ years in FP&A
  • Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles and ability to apply them in real-world scenarios
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience using NetSuite for accounting and reporting
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience building complex financial models
