  • Monitor, review, and propose measures to correct or improve the creative quality of customer requests.
  • Scrutinize customers' requests efficiently to guarantee adherence to quality control standards.
  • Maintain high productivity and efficiency, reviewing an average of 50 requests within an 8-hour shift.
  • Examine customer concerns from a quality perspective and offer valuable recommendations and observations to enhance quality outputs.
">Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • Proficient in reviewing designs and artworks within the scope of client services.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Keen attention to detail, ensuring precision in the review of creative output.
  • Ability to identify and address quality issues in creative works, covering aesthetic and technical considerations.
