Business Solutions Analyst

Spreetail is a leading ecommerce company that propels brands to increase their market share while improving operational costs.

This role involves analyzing data, identifying, and solving problems, as well as managing projects to drive efficient and effective solutions for key accounts. We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional who can dive deep into details and provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate comprehensive reports every week.
  • Source new reports to inform and increase client stickiness to the Spreetail offering.
  • Anticipate possible issues in reconciliation of brand client receipts, shipping, or performance and present solutions to detect, eliminate or fix promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize customer experience.
  • Manage and organize projects to ensure timely completion.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Analytics, or Supply Chain Operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques including SQL Server and Power BI tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to finding solutions.
  • Experience in e-commerce fulfillment environment with 3PL expertise.
