Patient Service Coordinator

Job Overview
R1 RCM is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions in the healthcare industry. As a Patient Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service support that meets the needs of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing expertise and excellent customer service support to patients by educating them on balance billing, payment processing, available payment arrangement, dispute resolution, collecting accurate insurance information, verifying benefits and eligibility, appointment setting, treatments and follow ups, patient support, coordination with the doctor's office to secure authorization, among others.
- Assisting patients with their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Completion of at least 2 years of college education.
- For individuals with a Medical Allied background (such as Nursing, Radiology Technology, Medical Technology, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Respiratory Therapy, etc.), a minimum of 1 year of BPO experience is required.
- For those with a Non-Medical Allied background, at least 2 years of BPO voice experience is needed.
- Ability to work in an onsite setup in Manila and flexible with graveyard and rotating shifts.
