We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Admin24Seven. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage 201 files and ensure they are updated in the system.
- Handle all administrative tasks related to onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews.
- Ensure employees comply with company rules and regulations.
- Conduct case investigations and prepare documentation for disciplinary actions.
- Oversee payroll, leave, and timekeeping processes.
- Support recruitment and manpower needs.
- Represent the company in dealings with suppliers and negotiate contracts.
- Organize and provide daily necessities for employees and management.
- Collaborate with department heads and prepare weekly HR reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in the related field.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Confident to deal with executives, clients, and employees.
- Highly trainable, hardworking, flexible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage time and stress, make sound decisions, and be proactive.
- Willingness to be assigned in BPOSeats Marquee Mall Angeles City, Pampanga.
