Job Title: Visual Storyteller

As a key player in shaping the brand's creative direction, you will develop compelling visual content for various digital platforms, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in messaging.

Key responsibilities include leading the development of creative concepts, overseeing the creation of high-quality visual assets for email campaigns, social media, digital ads, and other marketing materials, maintaining brand consistency across all platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive storytelling, providing mentorship and constructive feedback to junior designers, conducting design critiques and approving creative assets, and managing project timelines to ensure efficient task distribution and on-time delivery of creative assets.

Requirements:
  • Art Director with 5+ years of experience in visual storytelling and team leadership.
  • Proven track record of developing high-impact campaigns that drive engagement and conversion rates.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of visual design principles, color theory, and typography.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
