We're seeking an accomplished Affiliate Growth Strategist to spearhead our affiliate partnerships.

This role demands a seasoned professional with at least 3 years of proven success in managing and scaling affiliate programs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in performance marketing, preferably within a regulated environment such as fintech, crypto, trading, or CFDs.

Key Responsibilities
  • SOURCE, ONBOARD AND MANAGE RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY OPINION LEADERS (KOLS) TO EXPAND OUR AFFILIATE NETWORK
  • Negotiate and manage all necessary paperwork for seamless integration
  • Maintain consistent communication with affiliates to foster long-term relationships
  • Analyze affiliate performance data and provide actionable recommendations
  • Develop promotional campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Build reports using internal data to track and optimize affiliate performance
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and identify emerging KOLs
  • Implement SEO/Backlink Strategies to enhance online presence
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with verifiable results (working with media, celebrities, key partners, or influencers)
  • Proven ability to build and manage affiliate/partner relationships that drive ROI
  • Strong understanding of CPA models, conversion rates, LTV, and campaign performance tracking
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills
  • Fluent English; Spanish is a plus
  • Experience in crypto, fintech, CFD, or trading is highly preferred
