Senior Digital Marketing Leader

The role of Senior Digital Marketing Leader is a pivotal position responsible for driving campaign success across top-tier companies. This leader will oversee the end-to-end execution of high-performing paid media campaigns, mentoring a team of ads specialists to achieve impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Lead teams to drive ROI growth through data-driven decision making.
  • Oversee workflow optimization, ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.
  • Assign tasks based on strengths and skill sets to ensure efficient team utilization.
  • Monitor performance metrics, adjusting campaigns accordingly to maximize return on investment.
  • Establish clear communication channels to foster a collaborative feedback culture within the team.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing large-scale paid media campaigns.
  • 2+ years in a leadership or senior digital marketing role.
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in budgeting, reporting, and campaign analysis.
  • Excellent understanding of KPIs, conversion tracking, and industry certifications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
