Project Manager Job Description">

Are you a skilled project manager looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team.

  • Develop and implement project charters, integrated project plans, resource plans, and contingency plans
  • Coordinate and lead governance meetings with clients, including weekly project meetings and monthly steering committee sessions
  • Define and track project milestones while developing and maintaining an overall integrated delivery plan
  • Build strong relationships with clients and carrier partners, serving as a subject matter expert on assigned initiatives
  • Manage client expectations against contractual commitments and agreed-on project scope

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4+ years of project management experience
  • Exemplary core project management skills, including multiple aspects of the PMBOK
  • Experience in deploying Software as a Service
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently, and excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong influencing and communication skills
  • PMP certification is desirable but not required
