Job Description

The Junior Accountant - Makati Office role at ACMobility involves performing various accounting and administrative tasks to support the growth and success of our organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices and daily transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Provide administrative support functions, such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Update and maintain accounting databases, ensuring up-to-date records and accurate financial information.
  • Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reports, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.
  • Assist with day-to-day accounting duties, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and payroll processing.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience working in accounting.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
