Accounting and Administrative Support Specialist

The Junior Accountant - Makati Office role at ACMobility involves performing various accounting and administrative tasks to support the growth and success of our organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and daily transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Provide administrative support functions, such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Update and maintain accounting databases, ensuring up-to-date records and accurate financial information.
- Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reports, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.
- Assist with day-to-day accounting duties, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and payroll processing.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience working in accounting.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, laws, and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
