Key Responsibilities:

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include planning, directing, and coordinating the preparation of project documentation. This involves reviewing contracts to determine the required documentation for each phase of the project and applying knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes.

You will also be responsible for scheduling due dates for drawings, specifications, software, technical manuals, and other documents. Monitoring the status of the project to ensure that documentation is submitted according to schedule is also a critical task in this role.

As an Engineering Documentation Lead, you will review and verify project documents for completeness, format, and compliance with contract requirements. You will also submit project documentation to management for approval and transmit approved documents to the customer.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of tools like Draw.io and Confluence is highly preferred.
