Responsibilities
  1. Developing and implementing global and regional facility strategies to improve operations and reduce costs.
  2. Leading and governing an outsourced team, including escalation points and issue resolution.
  3. Ensuring compliance with all applicable safety, health, and environmental operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
  4. Accountable for the safety, health, and environmental actions of third parties engaged in activities at site level.
  5. Responsible for managing facility budgets, providing guidance on annual operating and capital budgets, and delivering these.
  6. Maintaining documentation related to regional facilities operations, capital projects, and audit.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in facilities management, business administration, engineering, or equivalent experience and education.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 2 years in facility vendor management capacity.
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within the consumer packaged goods industry.
Preferred Experiences
  • Professional Mechanical or Electrical Engineer license preferred but not necessary.
  • Experience leading and governing an outsourced team.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
  • Working knowledge of electrical, lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and Building Automation systems.
  • Proven record of providing excellent internal customer service.
  • Ability to react and problem-solve quickly.
  • Knowledge of standard business practices and ability to analyze data.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
