Job Description

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to maintain financial records, coordinate with external firms, and provide financial analysis to support business operations. This role will be instrumental in driving the success of our client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process vendor invoices, manage payment schedules, and maintain accurate vendor records for Accounts Payable (A/P).
  • Process customer payments, manage collection activities, and maintain customer account records for Accounts Receivable (A/R).
  • Develop and maintain basic cash flow forecasts and reports to support business planning.
  • Serve as primary liaison with our external accounting firm, ensuring timely submission of documents and information.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate general ledger entries and account reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries.
  • Assist with budgeting and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and best practices.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems for all financial documents.
QualificationsEducation & Experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably with international companies.
  • Experience working with international accounting standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Familiarity with US accounting practices is beneficial but not required.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
  • Experience with accounts payable/receivable management.
  • Familiarity with cash flow analysis and financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of international accounting standards and regulations.
