AI Video Automation Specialist

Are you a highly skilled professional with expertise in AI and automation? We are looking for someone who can assist us in implementing cutting-edge AI solutions and automating workflows.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex projects, manage tasks ranging from AI experimentation to data analysis and market research. You will be working closely with the CEO to help develop innovative solutions and improve our business operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead AI-driven automation projects using tools like OpenAI, MidJourney, Zapier, Airtable, etc.
  • Analyze data and optimize AI workflows to increase efficiency.
  • Create engaging TikTok-style videos using avatars and AI-generated UGC content to replicate trending formats.
  • Conduct thorough market research and summarize key findings to inform business decisions.
  • Run usability tests and create website mockups when required.
  • Develop and manage AI agents for business automation to streamline processes.

Requirements:
  • A problem-solver with excellent adaptability and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated with a test-and-learn mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Tech-savvy with a strong interest in AI, automation, and workflow optimization.
  • Skilled at working independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with AI tools like OpenAI, MidJourney, Zapier, Airtable, and basic front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience creating AI-powered videos or UGC content, familiar with avatar-generation tools (e.g., Synthesia, D-ID, HeyGen).
  • Excellent project management skills with experience using AI-driven tools.
