Operations Excellence Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Excellence Specialist to maintain optimal inventory levels, ensure seamless store operations, and drive business results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Optimize inventory management by analyzing data and making informed decisions

  • Collaborate with on-the-ground teams to coordinate daily activities and resolve operational issues

  • Troubleshoot problems in operational processes to minimize disruptions and maximize efficiency

  • Monitor team hours and activities to optimize productivity and performance

  • Hold team members accountable for their responsibilities and set high standards for quality and excellence

  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational smoothness and reduce errors

  • Maintain camera systems to ensure they are operational and effective in monitoring store operations

  • Coordinate between the back office and merchandising team in the field to drive business results and improve customer satisfaction

  • Participate in team stand-up meetings to foster collaboration, open communication, and a culture of continuous improvement

  • Utilize technology, including SOP software and Slack, to streamline communication and workflow, and improve overall operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as business administration, operations management, or supply chain management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related field with a proven track record of delivering results and improving process efficiency
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Proficiency in mathematics, excellent analytical skills, and ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines
  • High-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space with minimal distractions
