We are seeking a skilled Senior Contracts Attorney to join our team at Globe Telecom, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract law and negotiation.

Job Description

The Senior Contracts Attorney will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with partners, suppliers, and clients. This includes identifying risks and issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and providing advisory services on contract-related matters.

The successful candidate will also be expected to work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate and manage contracts, as well as prepare and review external and internal processes and policies.

In addition, the Senior Contracts Attorney will verify internal clients' compliance with company policies and procedures, and perform other tasks assigned by the Chief Legal Officer or Head of Contracts and Documentation.

Qualifications
  1. Graduate of Law (Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor).
  2. At least five (5) years of experience in providing legal advice and preparing/reviewing contracts, preferably tech-related contracts; Experience as an In-house counsel is an advantage.
  3. Organized, ethical, keen on details, self-motivated, and with the ability to perform well with minimal supervision in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills; supervisory and marketing skills are an advantage.
  5. Great written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills.
  6. Quick adapter of culture and values in the organization.
