Drive Manufacturing Efficiency: This role is responsible for developing, implementing and managing programs and initiatives covering engineering projects, capital expenditure management, sustainable development architecture, product launches, production line efficiency and technical capability build-up to ensure optimum efficiency in manufacturing infrastructure and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engineering and Capital Expenditure Management: Oversee the development and implementation of engineering studies and capital expenditure projects, including technical and financial aspects, project management expertise, regulatory compliance and energy conservation programs.
  • Production Line Efficiency Achievement: Design and develop initiatives to achieve availability and rated capacity of operating equipment and facilities.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with Regional and Area Heads to implement projects and initiatives to increase or attain rated capacity and availability of operating equipment.
  • Ensure close coordination with Area and Regional Managers in the implementation of sustainability initiatives.
  • Lead the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve quality, increase productivity and maximize resources.
Requirements:
  • College Graduate: any Engineering course, master's degree preferred
  • At least 15 years of professional experience in food, beverage or consumer manufacturing operations, with 8 years in managerial/leadership capacity
  • Demonstrated experience in engineering project management, sustainable development and beverage line operation
