Job Description: As an HR Staff at ICareerup Inc., you will play a vital role in sourcing and screening potential hires. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Source quality candidates through job postings and confirm their qualifications
  • Place candidates in open roles and maintain a database of potential hires
  • Produce daily reports and process all new hire paperwork, including background checks and references

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A graduate degree in Psychology or Human Resource Development (HRDM) or any 4-year course
  • Good communication skills
  • The willingness to work on recruitment-related tasks
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
