Laboratory Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Laboratory Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our laboratory, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our production batches and providing technical support to our operations team.

• Conduct quality tests on all in-process production batches to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Evaluate incoming raw materials and assess their suitability for use in our production process.
• Rend service for any Quality Control (QC) related issues that may arise during production.
• Analyze customer complaints and provide recommendations for corrective and preventive measures.
• Assist in color matching and provide expert advice on color-related matters.
• Prepare monthly accomplishment reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain the laboratory in a safe and well-organized condition, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
• Support the implementation of ISO-related policies and procedures within the company.
• Perform other duties as required by your superiors to ensure the smooth operation of the company.

• Graduate degree in Chemistry or a related field.
• Licensed Chemist with a strong understanding of chemical principles and practices.
• Familiarity with color matching techniques is highly desirable.
• Proficient in oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Good mathematical abilities and reporting skills.

The estimated salary range for this position is 18,000 - 20,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
