Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and file US federal, state, and local tax returns adhering to all relevant regulations.
  • Manage payroll processing and prepare timely payroll returns ensuring accuracy.
  • Maintain and update financial records utilizing QuickBooks Online.
  • Perform general bookkeeping tasks including recording financial transactions and reconciling accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in US tax laws and payroll regulations.
  • Provide support during audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.

Qualifications
