We are seeking a skilled IT Asset Management Professional to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing ITAM policies, standards, and procedures.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Asset Management: Develop, implement, and maintain IT asset management (ITAM) policies, standards, and procedures to ensure accurate tracking and effective utilization of assets.
  • Audit and Compliance: Collaborate with the Governance Risk and Compliance team to perform regular audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks on asset data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Gap Analysis: Identify gaps in IT asset tracking, usage, and policy enforcement; recommend and implement corrective actions to ensure seamless operations.
  • Tool Improvement: Participate in the design and continuous improvement of ITAM tools, workflows, and governance controls to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Procurement Tracking: Maintain an internal procurement tracker to ensure that all procurement requests and purchase orders are properly documented and tracked.
  • Contract Validation: Maintain an internal contract validation tracker to ensure that all contracts are thoroughly reviewed and validated before execution.
