Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced DevOps expert to join our platform team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement automated platform infrastructure provisioning and deployment using IaC solutions.
  • Ensure the operational health and performance of production and pre-production environments.
  • BUILD maintainable and supportable ephemeral environments for development, testing and QA.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure platform services align with development needs.
  • Monitor platform performance and respond to incidents.
  • Ensure platform infrastructure adheres to security policies and compliance standards.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation for platform processes.
  • Support junior engineers by providing guidance and mentorship in technical skills.
  • Regularly assess platform infrastructure to identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience as a DevOps, Site Reliability or Platform Engineer.
  • Proven background in Kubernetes, IaC, Monitoring Tools and Docker.
  • Ability to inspire, mentor and guide platform engineers and developers.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
  • Effective collaboration across engineering teams.
  • Comfortable with evolving technologies and rapidly changing requirements.
  • Clear communication to share progress updates and incident reports.
  • A strong focus on precision in platform architecture and code quality.
  • A mindset of driving change and improvement within the platform team.
  • An awareness of security best practices.
