We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our team at Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. This role involves providing administrative support to the real estate department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in coordinating client requests, administering maintenance services, and providing timely responses to inquiries.
  2. Manage phone calls from clients and vendors, escalating issues as necessary, and dispatching personnel based on immediate needs.
  3. Provide clients and vendors with assistance in scheduling building maintenance, communicating building procedures, and supplying general building information.
  4. Deliver high-quality customer service by updating and maintaining current daily and emergency client contact lists and client information manuals.
Requirements:
  1. Knowledge of office and accounting procedures.
  2. Exceptional computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite.
  3. 2-3 years of administrative experience in a commercial leasing office environment.
  4. Familiarity with facilities operations.
