Work Description:

  1. Assist project team with construction coordination.
  2. Timely and accurate preparation of MEP BIM model for IFC drawings.
  3. Update the model as per Engineers mark ups and design changes.
  4. Prepare Builders work drawings.
  5. Prepare Coordinated Model for issue to client.
  6. Prepare clash report of the Model using Navisworks.
  7. Coordinate with other trades for drawings & installation conflicts.
  8. Sheets production of the model.
  9. Detail, Review & Layout mechanical shop drawing (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Architectural).
  10. Combine all models to do clash detections using Revit and Navisworks.
  11. Extract 3D models to 2D models in dwg files.
