Job Title: Business Growth Manager
Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Growth Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the operational and advertising requirements, managing product branding and awareness campaigns, directing marketing efforts onsite and online, and leading a team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Oversight: Ensure seamless fulfillment of operational and advertising needs.
- Product Branding: Develop and execute strategies to enhance product branding and awareness.
- Marketing Strategy: Direct marketing efforts onsite and online to achieve business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Manage the activities, performance, and development of the team.
- Education: Graduate of Marketing or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in product development, marketing, product design, research, project feasibility, and advertising platforms.
- Skills: Proficient in creating and managing campaigns, generating content, online marketing, and driving sales growth.
- Background: Kiosks background is an added advantage.
- Location: Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
- Salary: Competitive.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (On-site).
