The Key Accounts Client Solutions Manager role is a key position in our organization, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our largest clients. As a member of our team, you will guide market accounts through personalized client services and educate them on tailored solutions to achieve their marketing objectives and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success.
- Understand clients' businesses and markets to provide expert advice and guidance.
- Communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams and client-facing colleagues.
- Plan and execute campaigns that meet clients' marketing objectives and business goals.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to optimize results.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Maintain a deep understanding of clients' businesses and markets to provide expert advice and guidance.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and career prospects.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in account management/client services roles in digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of the digital media and marketing landscape.
- Experience in an in-house marketing function or advertising agency preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
