Job Overview

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to join our team. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing training materials, collaborating with project teams, and evaluating training effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop training materials, including script training content and reviewing required changes to meet standards.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to validate changes and ensure training meets project requirements.
  • Participate in implementation, scheduling and delivering train-the-trainer sessions, and identifying necessary items for training.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using Kirkpatrick's Four Levels of Evaluation, checking results, lessons learned, and implementation issues.
Requirements
  • Expertise in ADDIE and SAM process, Bloom's Taxonomy, and other relevant instructional models.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in writing training materials and strong facilitation and classroom management skills.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, constructivism, and other learning theories.
  • Ability to develop multiple projects simultaneously and communicate effectively with peers.
  • Strong interest in customer satisfaction and delivering world-class customer service.
  • Minimum one year experience in customer or technical support service or BPO environment.
  • Bachelor's or college degree with a minimum of two years experience in a learning and development environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ISD experience in a BPO environment.
