We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional with expertise in data analysis and reporting to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights, helping us make informed decisions.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Develop automated reports and dashboards using Power BI and other advanced analytics tools.
  • Collaborate closely with various teams to understand their reporting and analytical needs.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations based on complex data sets.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis, including requirements gathering, activity planning, and design, and monitor performance and quality control plans to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collect required data, analyze outcomes using statistical methods, and provide ongoing reports.
  • Recognize, evaluate, and interpret trends or patterns in large data sets.

Requirements include proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, DAX, and M language, as well as strong SQL skills for data retrieval and manipulation. Knowledge of data visualization best practices is also essential.

Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of proven experience in a similar role, familiarity with all KPIs, and management and executive/business dashboard reports. Self-motivated individuals who can work independently in a remote environment are encouraged to apply.
